I have been working out with Tina for many years. She is an awesome trainer and motivational instructor. As I was preparing for my wedding in 2009, Tina helped me lose those last pesky five pounds so that I could fit into my wedding dress. Her classes, while challenging, keep my interest and push me to my limits. She genuinely cares about her students/clients and listens to their needs in order to come up with a plan that fits in with their lifestyle and workout goals.

In 2015 I felt it was time for a change. After having a lot of medical issues I decided to start eating better and getting my body back in shape. In February 2015 I started spin class with Tina going 2 times a week. Then I joined a boot camp and now Tina is my personal Trainer. I have been exercising consistently and it is definitely paying off.

Flexibility have substantially improved !
Ten years ago my husband and I trained with Tina. We suspended our training and lost touch with her. By some lucky coincidence, I located Tina and resumed training. As a result, I am happy to report dramatic inches lost, lower blood pressure and heart rate. My health profile has been positively impacted via my workouts with Tina. I sleep well, I feel good, my energy is above average and my strength and flexibility have substantially improved. I continue to reap the benefits of Tina's expertise!
Less Fat, More Muscle & Energy
Since training with Tina beginning in 2015, I have experienced many positive results after having been away from health, fitness and training for several years. Tina has allowed me to focus on my strengths and weaknesses by providing me with a personalized approach to achieving my weight, strength and fitness goals. Not only are my exercise and fitness goals being achieved, but Tina has shared her extensive knowledge of nutrition to compliment and assist me in accomplishing many of my fitness goals. As a result of working with Tina, I have also been able to significantly reduce my blood pressure and eliminate the need for a number of the prescription medications I was taking. Additionally, I have been able to improve my body fat index while developing more muscle mass. I look forward to continuing to work with Tina to achieve my personal health and fitness goals for many years to come.
Improved Physique & Cardio
I began working with Tina in May 2015 and have since that time have seen drastic improvements in both my physique and overall strength and conditioning. Her workouts are focused on a different body parts each session and then augmented with both a cardio and abdominal workout. She varies the workouts well and is very encouraging yet pushes you. Lastly she customizes your workout based upon your ability. I highly recommend Tina's program for all who are serious about overall health and conditioning.
